French illustrator and designer, Géraldine Federspiel, aka KNAPFLA, is a former fashion designer who left the world of textiles to devote her time to drawing. She mixes drawing, illustration, and installations - showing in galleries, publishing books, and teaching to children and adults. We were instantly drawn toGéraldine's colorful, light-hearted, quirky illustrations. Somersault Girl represents our childish spirit.

Cara Carmina, aka Norma Andreu, is a Mexican artist living in Montreal. Imaginative and whimsical, Norma's creations bring to life colorful characters through exquisite, detailed craftsmanship. Working in both 2D and 3D mediums, Carmina's singular style is full of emotion and personality, showcasing her cultural heritage in a uniquely modern way . DEPT. OF CULTURE proudly presents Carmina's vibrant tribute to Frida Kahlo.
COSTANZA THEODOLI-BRASCHI (A/W 2015)
Costanza (Cosi) is a English illustrator based in New York City, whose quirky, expressive illustrations have graced storefronts and gallery walls in London, New York, and Dubai. A graduate of Central St. Martins in London, Costanza has worked in film with the likes of Noah Baumbach and Jim Jarmusch, in photography with Gregory Crewdson, and in illustrations for clients such as Dior Cosmetics, Ballet Beautiful, Rachel Antonoff, and The Citizens Band. DEPT. OF CULTURE proudly showcases Cosi's off-beat personality through her illustrated characters. Bird boy can only be described as a one-of-a-kind.
CAMERON FIELDER (A/W 2015)
Boundary-pusher and comedic genius, Cameron Fielder found himself in the art world when he started illustrating snarky greeting cards based on his monologues. Fielder's cynical artistic expression are exactly what DEPT. OF CULTURE looks for in an artist - relevant, unconventionally clever and humorous.
